Run, jump and swing your way into summer!

Dive all into this summer's fun as we kick off the season with our CF Kids Jamboree. There will be an obstacle course, games, workouts, small fitness challenges throughout morning - fun for participants of all ages and fitness levels!

Categories include
Ages 3-5 non-competitive
Ages 6-9 non-competitive (but can participate in challenges)
Ages 10-13 non-competitive (but can participate in challenges)
Ages 10-13 competitive
Ages 14+ competitive

Memorial Day Murph

Join the entire CrossFit Community for the biggest workout of the year. 

Memorial Day Murph is hands down the biggest, longest, and best workout of the year. It's a day spent with family and friends and most importantly remembering those who died for our freedom. 

We'll be participating in the Memorial Day Murph Challenge on Monday, May 28th at CrossFit Rhema. Whether it's your 8th year or your first, you're invited to work out, hang out and then grill out with us (because it's not memorial day without a cookout right?)

The WOD:

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pullups
  • 200 pushups
  • 300 squats
  • 1 mile run

CrossFit Rhema Team Competition

Grab your friends and some chalk and sign up for the Rhema Team Competition. 

On May 6th we're hosting our Spring team competition and it's going be epic! The WODs are intense, the competition will be fierce, and it'll be a fight to the finish. 

There are two divisions (RX and RXish) with male and female teams in both.

WOD#1

"Hang On"

For Time:

200- Wall Balls (20/14)

150- T2B

100- DB Snatch (50/35)

25- Burpee Bar MU

*2 athletes will be working, 1 of which will be hanging on the pull up bar while the other athlete completes the movement. The other 2 athletes will remain in a designated rest area.

WOD# 2

"Heavy Hitters"

Back Squat, Deadlift, Clean & Jerk and Snatch

*All 4 team members will have 10 minutes to build to a max on ONE lift. Teammate A will be on Back Squat, Teammate B will be on Deadlift and so on. Score will be total pounds lifted.

For April's Mechanics & Mobility we're focusing on opening our hips and proper lower back function. If you're struggling to get to the bottom of a squat or feeling like your back is lit up then we're here to walk you through proper mobility and technique. Join Dr. Barrett and Coach Dusty for an intensive hour and a half Saturday morning workshop.

Mechanics & Mobility: Shoulder Open Prep

Spend a morning working on form, function and preparing for the CrossFit Open.

We'll walk through proper mechanics and injury prevention as well as some tips for optimal shoulder health. Many, if not all, CrossFit workouts require both strong and mobile shoulders, but how often are we taking care of our shoulders?

Spots are limited to 30 athletes. 

Once those shoulders are nice and activated join us afterwards join us for a benefit WOD starting at 10am.

Feeling a little sluggish post-holidays?

The holidays are great but, let's be honest, we tend to indulge in one too many cookies with Santa Clause. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas and the New Year it can be tough to stay on track. Plus, it's the winter and it's never been harder to stay motivated to maintain your health and fitness goals when you could curl up on the couch with a pizza instead. 

That's why we're starting our Winter Detox program on January 23rd. 

If you're looking to actually start the new year on the right foot then there's no better way! We'll meet every Monday night to talk through whole living, healthy foods, and supplements. You'll have the accountability and support of a community of people through your own personal POD and detox captain!

Get the kids moving this winter break!

Join Coach Emily for CrossFit Kids Adventure. Kids will spend the morning playing games, working on CrossFit movements, talking about healthy choices, and most importantly HAVING FUN!

We guarantee this will be the highlight of their Christmas break (and it'll give you a break as well)! Costumes are welcome and encouraged. ALL children are welcome to participate in these two days of fun!
