Memorial Day Murph is hands down the biggest, longest, and best workout of the year. It's a day spent with family and friends and most importantly remembering those who died for our freedom. 

We'll be participating in the Memorial Day Murph Challenge on Monday, May 28th at CrossFit Rhema. Whether it's your 8th year or your first, you're invited to work out, hang out and then grill out with us (because it's not memorial day without a cookout right?)

The WOD:

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pullups
  • 200 pushups
  • 300 squats
  • 1 mile run
