CrossFit Rhema Team Competition

Grab your friends and some chalk and sign up for the Rhema Team Competition. 

On May 6th we're hosting our Spring team competition and it's going be epic! The WODs are intense, the competition will be fierce, and it'll be a fight to the finish. 

There are two divisions (RX and RXish) with male and female teams in both.

RX DIVISION

WOD#1

"Hang On"

For Time:

200- Wall Balls (20/14)

150- T2B

100- DB Snatch (50/35)

25- Burpee Bar MU

*2 athletes will be working, 1 of which will be hanging on the pull up bar while the other athlete completes the movement. The other 2 athletes will remain in a designated rest area.

WOD# 2

"Heavy Hitters"

Back Squat, Deadlift, Clean & Jerk and Snatch

*All 4 team members will have 10 minutes to build to a max on ONE lift. Teammate A will be on Back Squat, Teammate B will be on Deadlift and so on. Score will be total pounds lifted.

WOD #3

"Double Date"

Double FRAN

60- Clean & Jerk (135/95)

**This workout can be split ANYWAY the team chooses. One athlete will work at a time with the other 3 athletes waiting in a designated area.

FLOATER WOD (This workout can be done at any time during the day)

"Assault on your Lungs"

100 CAL- Assault Bike Relay
