Get ready for summer with a fitness program that is designed to get fast results. Small groups of beginner athletes will have two training sessions a week with a coach. Coaches can individualize training to cater to your needs. Don't let a bum knee or years of falling out of shape keep you from getting started. Take the first step and sign up. We will take it from there. The group will meet on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm.
