Spend a morning working on form, function and preparing for the CrossFit Open.

We'll walk through proper mechanics and injury prevention as well as some tips for optimal shoulder health. Many, if not all, CrossFit workouts require both strong and mobile shoulders, but how often are we taking care of our shoulders?

Spots are limited to 30 athletes. 

Once those shoulders are nice and activated join us afterwards join us for a benefit WOD starting at 10am.
