One of the biggest issues getting in the way of an active life and rigorous fitness program is joint health. Preventing and treating joint issues is at the forefront of staying active in everyone from young athletes to the elderly.
In this workshop we will dive into how to prevent joint injury, and how to treat injuries naturally. Issues we will touch on include protecting joints, healing tendons, strengthening joints, addressing tendonitis and many more.
